A comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent ammenities.

Very comfortable beds, strong airconditioning, large flatscreen TV and a very beautiful view from the terrace.

The kitchen was sparsely equipped (only one cup for a two person room). I expected to have a view of the ocean from the room because of the pictures provided during the booking but unfortunately the room looked over the street.

Would not return or recommend.

Staff did not give the laundry service our clothes even though they came by 3 times picking up clothes and we made sure they knew how important it was for them to get our clothes. They also would not let a guest come up to our room for 10 minutes without paying. They also left us locked out of the building for 15 minutes one night before someone came to let us in. Then the next night we asked for more towels and the person at the front desk said they could not leave the desk to get us towels because they were the only one working.

Wonderful

great location just a few min walk away from the hustle of Getsemani - you can easily walk there even at night. There‘s a small supermarket and a few other shops just 2 blocks away. Very friendly staff. They accommodated a few of my requests like a room away from the main street or early check in. Strong Wifi, worked great for video calls (upload 25-60 speed depending on the day).

Spacious, modern apartment with great views.

The rooms were spacious and the balcony overlooking the area had great views. The kitchen had enough facilities for the basics but could have included more forks. The staff were friendly and were very accommodating when needed.

Some forks in the apartment would have been nice, but everything else was near perfect.

okay for short stay, quiet area

Was 10/15 minute walk to main areas. Quiet at night. Allowed us to leave our bags whilst we went to another town (although was told this wasn’t usually allowed). staff pleasant.

charged us for a stained towel, that we don’t believe we stained but no way to prove it. kitchen not got a lot of equipment to cook/eat so had to improvise. Double bed is 2 singles pushed together - we stayed in 1 room which had a very uncomfortable half a bed! And on following return stay both beds were comfortable. Standard between rooms seemed to vary.

Great for a quiet 4-night stay close to the centre

Amazing location, very fast WiFi (seemingly throughout), good shower, nice room, nice roof terrace, very quiet, luggage storage available after check out.

No English spoken by hotel staff which led to some important miscommunication via Google translate. Cooker did not work so had to use the microwave.

the location, the upgrade to a bigger room and the rooftop

missing a couple of hooks like all South American property the staff were talking at the pool and our room was on the pool at 7am super loudly…

comfy beds (although the double was just two singles pushed together), air conditioning, decent location (supermarket, atm nearby, 15-20 min walk into centre), good wifi

shower was bad, barely hot. room wasn’t as big as pictures implied. kitchen was nowhere near as well equipped as described.

nice place to stay - balcony was top!

We loved the balcony! the bed was comfortable the kitchen had everything you would need we decided to stay a bit out of Center - so location was good for us

there is a window to the elevator/corridor and there are no blinds - unfortunately the hallway has light on in the night and thus there is always shining light to one side of the bed, which makes sleeping difficult, if you need it dark. the hallway is a bit loud, if someone is loud at the terrace - door is not sound proof

Room was way to loud because it was just above the reception and the staff was talking loud all the time, sometimes even listening to music.

It will be a much better place as soon as they finish the construction, including the elevator.

The elevator is not working yet, and I was in the 5th floor. The stairs are kind of steep.
